The SelfAsTeam team designs and applies organizational self-knowledge processes for organizational development purposes. Through organizational self-knowledge processes, we help our partners to get to know their organizational culture, during which:
– we explore the hidden resources of the organization and the potential of its people and their organizational communities and relationships
– we make the relationship between the individual and the organization visible and interpretable.
– we explore the psychology and group dynamics barriers that impede the organizational operation
– we articulate individual and organizational motivation and the social objectives related to these.
Our aim that through organizational self-knowledge processes to enable our partners to examine their organization, themselves and their environment and the impact they apply on their environment.
